Immediate Past President, Dixon Santana, was invited to provide the Harry M. Spencer Memorial Lectureship at the North Texas ACS Chapter meeting in Tyler, TX.

Dr. Spencer was instrumental in the development of the Urology residency program at Southwestern. He was so involved in that program that at 88 he was still active as Professor Emeritus.
