Each New Fellow attending the meeting does need to register for the meeting and pay the relevant fees; which includes attendance at the Honor’s Lunch. Any guests attending the meeting with you should also be registering as a guest. However if your guest is only attending the Honor’s Luncheon; they are welcome to attend as our guest. Please indicate their name below. If you will have more than one guest at the luncheon please contact ICSUS Headquarters to determine the cost for additional guests. *
