In September, ICS Fellow Frank Bongiorno, presented a 4 week course on the Marijuana legalization issue at the annual Adventures in Learning symposium in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This was a follow up to the Opioid Crisis issue symposium he gave at the 2018 Adventures in Learning seminar. Dr. Bongiorno will present information about Marijuana legalization and its impact on medicine at the Ethics Forum offered during the ICSUS Annual Surgical Update in May of 2020 in Providence, Rhode Island.
