As of April 1st there are 2 registration options for the meeting in Providence later this month. Participants can register for either in-person or virtual attendance. Please select the appropriate option below.
Those who register for virtual participation will not have any on-site meeting materials prepared in advance (all necessary information will be available on the meeting APP). Should you sign up for virtual participation and then decide to join us in Providence, you will not have a badge or other registration materials prepared in advance unless you notify Headquarters staff before April 22 of your intention to participate in-person. General registration fees are the same no matter how you decide to participate (except for medical students and residents in training participating virtually).
For virtual participants; if you miss the live stream, you will be able to access the presentations you missed 24 hours after the initial broadcast and until 11:59pm on Wednesday, June 1st. You must view content before it expires and complete the appropriate evaluation forms to receive CME credit. Please note that those who register for in-person participation will automatically have access to all virtual content.
Log-in credentials and other information will be distributed the week of April 25, 2022. Virtual participants will have access to live streaming of the sessions as well as access to recorded content. Virtual participants will be able to submit questions to moderators that may be asked of presenters if time permits.
If you register for virtual participation after April 25th your login credentials may not be delivered prior to the start of the program. Virtual content will be available until June 1st.
